Installation steps

1. Trench Excavation

Excavate the foundation trench strictly in accordance with the construction size and slope requirement.
Level and compact the trench bottom and side walls to keep the base flat, solid and free of sundries, ensuring a stable mounting foundation for the drainage channel.

Lay a layer of cushion mortar or gravel at the bottom of the trench. Place the drainage channel sections in sequence, connect and align each section tightly.
Adjust the horizontal level and drainage gradient to guarantee smooth water flow and overall structural stability.

Clean the top edge of the channel body. Place the supporting cover plates accurately into the reserved position.
Ensure the covers are closely fitted, locked firmly and evenly arranged to prevent displacement or sinking under external pressure

Pour concrete on both sides of the channel for fixation and reinforcement. After concrete solidification, lay floor stones, bricks or pavement materials around the channel.
Keep the surface flat with the channel opening to realize integrated road drainage.
